About me
admin March 18th, 2007
My name is Lek. It means small.
I was very small when I was born In Bangkok, 7 months only and my weight was just 1 Kg!
Now I am bigger than average, thanks to myfamily to take care of me and the good Thai food too
I am from Bangkok but my mother is from Ubonrajtani province, and my father from Katchanaburi province.
They met each other while working in Bangkok and stayed here till present.
So I can understand my mom and my dad hometown language when they speak to me.
But I can’t speak it.
Before I worked in Amari Hotel near my home in Pratunam area, I guess somebody knows it.
But now…
I travel with Luca, my boyfriend, and I created this blog to share the experience with you.
Luca told me: “the web is full of travel blogs, but everyone sees the world in a different way. To see it with the eyes of a Thai girl, is something many people would love to!”
And so, here it is, my world.
I hope you enjoy it!
Please apologize if I make mistakes in grammar and in content when I write.
Because my views are different than yours, so something can be right , something can be wrong, because eveybody has a different view of the world.

Lek.

It’s a very nice idea.
I want to write mine too, with my trips, with my ideas, with my plans, with my dreams…: with me!
I hope to do that one day, maybe today, maybe in one year, maybe never!
Now I read YOUR blog, YOUR ideas, YOUR world.
I’m very curious to know you!
Wish u good luck, I read about luca since a while, so I guess I’ll be now reading about u as well..
keep on going ’round, be my eyes in places I haven’t seen
enjoy life
Ale
I think you guys had a great idea!
Lek, you have the fortune to TRIP around the world with Luca, the TRIPMASTER (my own definition, copyrighted! :-)), so that we can read how two different persons from different countries see the same places in the same moment! Interesting!
Enjoy your time around!
Dear Lek,
thank you very much for writing this blog and thanks to Luca for having the idea and encouraging you to do it.
I enjoyed reading about your experiences and I just hope that many Thai girls will read it too and learn that they can do what you did. They may find out that they are not as stupid as they are told to be by their family and boyfriends and can easily do things on their own.
Have you thought about writing your blog in Thai, too? I believe more Thais will read it because their English is often not good enough to understand all of it and so they don’t even try.
Take care and I wish you a lot more nice travel adventures.

Lek, great blog. I hope you keep it going. We need more female views on the web!
Sawasdee krab, n’Lek.
I saw luca’s message on sawadee.it, so I decided to send you a greeting. Nice idea. Try to translate it in thai language or, to reserve a place in your language. I think you can give space to talk to many thai girls here in Italy… and sure they need to exchange experiences. You can learn a lot from them too.
Good luck.. and keep in touch..
Luca.. welcome to sawadee.it..
